Frank Goldman is Senior Counsel with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. He has been a member of the SEC’s Division of Enforcement for approximately 8 1/2 years, serving both in the Chicago and Denver Regional offices. As an Enforcement attorney in the Market Abuse Unit, Frank has investigated and litigated a number of federal securities violations, including insider trading, market structure abuses, market manipulation, and best execution violations. Before joining the SEC, Frank worked as an Associate in the New York Office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on white collar criminal defense, antitrust law, and general commercial litigation. Frank obtained his B.A. from Cornell University, with distinction in all subjects, and his J.D. from Northwestern University.
Frank moved to Denver approximately 2.5 years ago with his wife, Margo, and they are the proud parents of a 2-year old son. Frank serves as the Vice President of Membership and a Member of the Board of Directors of B'nai B'rith Denver. He is currently focused on the restoration and preservation of Temple Aaron, Colorado's longest continually operating synagogue in its original location, in Trinidad, Colorado.
