This Shabbat will be the musical highlight of the summer, as we welcome three very special guests for Shabbat Unplugged and a rockin’ concert following the service. No registration necessary!
· Chava Mirel is a Seattle-based singer, composer and multi-instrumentalist who combines rich, luxurious vocals with jazz-influenced rhythms to bring a new energy and spirit to Jewish music.
· Elana Arian, one of the leading voices in contemporary Jewish music, returns to Temple Emanuel after a memorable performance in 2018. A composer, multi-instrumentalist, and recording artist, Elana inspires communities across the country with her soulful songwriting.
· Noah Aronson is a dynamic, energetic composer and performer whose creativity, musicality and playful spirit have made him one of the most sought-after Jewish musicians of our time. Many of Noah’s compositions, including “Am I Awake” and “Create A Pure Heart Within Me,” have become part of the musical fabric of Temple Emanuel.
These wonderful musicians will be backed by the Shabbat Unplugged Band and joined by Rabbi Joe Black, Cantor Elizabeth Sacks, and Steve Brodsky for an unforgettable night of music under the stars.
