Join us for 1st Day Sukkot Morning services when members of this year’s “EmanuElder” class will present Ethical Wills that they have prepared. EmanuElders are members of the congregation over the age of 50 who spent time over the summer studying the book of Kohelet (Ecclesiastes). As part of their studies, many members of the class chose to write an Ethical Will and present it to the congregation. The depth of commitment, spiritual depth, and human understanding contained in these documents is quite extraordinary. It is customary to read Kohelet during the festival of Sukkot.
