Temple Emanuel Accessibility Tour Interest Form

Thank you for your interest in Temple Emanuel’s Accessibility Tours!

Temple Emanuel clergy, staff and lay leaders are dedicated to ensuring that Temple is accessible to all participants, whether joining us in person or virtually. We are thrilled to share that we are conducting Temple Accessibility Tours so that we can learn, listen, and ask questions to improve accessibility. Working with our partners at JFS Jewish Disability Advocates, we have scheduled two tour dates (with others coming in future). We are seeking a wide variety of perspectives, including people who identify as disabled and/or their caregivers. We look forward to hearing from our community and sharing what we learn later on! Complete the form below if you're interested in participating in this initiative.

Please note these important details:
  • Space is limited.
  • This is an interest form, not a confirmation of participation. We will reach out to you to confirm participation after receiving your interest form.
  • We are seeking to assemble groups with a variety of needs and identities, including people with disabilities or accommodation needs and those who provide care or support for people with disabilities and accommodation needs.
  • If you cannot participate in-person for whatever reason, there is a virtual feedback option (see below).
  • Each tour will last about 90 minutes.
  • Each in-person tour will include an assessment of Temple’s entrances/exits and bathrooms, plus one or two specific areas of Temple Emanuel. No one tour will cover the whole building. We will also seek feedback about online participation with Temple programs.
