Offerings for All 8-12th Graders
Micro-Grants
We will be offering micro-grants to those who are interested in dreaming up their own programs for their peers. This could look like building community, raising money for a cause, or starting a new initiative at Temple. All programs must receive approval before funds are granted.
Madrichim/Madrichim in Training
Teens interested in taking a leadership role in our Sunday School classrooms can apply to become an integral part of our Religious School Experience. This a paid position for 9th-12th grade. Teens can participate in both HaBayit and the Madrichim Program.
Mensch Mentorship
10th and 11th graders partner with 7th graders to serve as mentors and help bring them into the Jewish community after their B’nai Mitzvah. They will lead team building activities, games, and more.
BBYO
Temple Emanuel has its own BBYO chapter. BBYO is a fantastic way to bond with other Jewish teens, gain leadership experience, and make friends across the world.
